Sale price$3,850.00

Poul Henningsen for Louis Poulsen, 'Louvre' pendant, coated aluminum, chrome, metal, Denmark, design 1957, production 1960s

First designed in 1957, the Louvre ceiling light was originally created for the Adventist Church at Skodsborg Hydro, Denmark. The pendant is composed of thirteen shades just like the original design. As the light escapes the globe, the construction gets beautifully highlighted, resulting in a warm and diffused lightning.
