Osvaldo Borsani for Tecno, wall-mounted wall unit, metal, white laminated wood, Italy, 1950s

This wall mounted shelving system was designed by Osvaldo Borsani. Its purpose was a coordinated system for furnishing either the home or office. The arrangement of multiple shelves and three cabinets is adjustable. The shelves are mounted on black steel profiles. Therefore a striking contrast is evoked between the white cabinets and shelves and the black metal parts.
