Brutalist set of chairs and dining table, maple, Europe, 1960s
Beautiful and naturalistic set consisting of a table and two chairs made in Europe in the 1960s. The chair features a backrest consisting of two pieces of maplewood. Another slab is used for the seat. The chair has a subtle cross-shape between the four sturdy legs made from smaller wood branches. The ensemble breathes a naturalistic atmosphere due to the properties of the wood and the simplistic way it is put together.
