Eccentric easy chair designed by Italian designer Marco Zanuso in the fifties. The playful exterior of this so called 'Martingala' chair comes even more forward due to the bright coral red color of the fabric upholstery. The curving lines of the armrests continue in a dynamic manner into the rounded backrest. Zanuso has given extra attention for the design of the back of the chair; the richely upholstered backside is held together by a horizontal attached piece of fabric, creating vertical folding lines. Four elegant small chrome metal legs form the base of this design. Round black plastic feet are installed under the slender legs.

Reupholstery can be done before shipping by our experienced craftsmen and -women in our own in-house restoration atelier.
