Large Danish Drop-leaf Dining Table in Teak and Brass

This extendable dining table of Danish origin is characterized by a strong and solid construction executed in teak. This is realized by the sharp and clear lines which are visible in the corners and the rectangular top. The teak has a natural expression due to the expressive wood grains and warm tone. The legs are well-proportioned based on a T-shaped structure, creating a balanced and clean composition which is typical for Danish Mid-Century Design. On both sides, this table contains an extra leaf to extend the table when desired. The drop-leaves are supported by a sophisticated mechanism executed in brass.
