This sculptural dining table is designed by Giovanni Offredi for Saporiti in the seventies. The meticulously crafted base features two concave-shaped frames made of cast aluminum, defined by vertically-structured plates that create a captivating graphic play. The stability of the construction is ensured by means of a wooden beam placed between the frames. The rectangular polished glass top provides a clear view of the captivating base beneath it. Giovanni Offredi clearly created a postmodern design that breathes the characteristics of Italian design of the seventies.

Please note that the border of the glass contains a large chip, and the top surface shows scratches. These swivel chairs are designed by designer duo Alberto Salvati e Ambrogio Tresoldi for Saporiti in the 80s. The chairs epitomize a postmodern design comprised of a simple shaped backrest which is supported by three rods that diverge and are attached to a round frame. The upholstery is characterized by stripes executed in soft pastel colors, including pink, purple, and beige. The interplay of various shapes and textures creates a visually appealing design.

Please note that the fabric is in used condition, showing discoloration, stains and wear mainly on the back. Reupholstery is possible before shipping by our experienced craftsman and -women in our own in-house restoration atelier.
