Gianni Vigorelli Pair of Italian Dining Chairs with Crossed Backrests

Sale price$2,700.00

Gianni Vigorelli, pair of dining chairs, beech, plywood, leatherette, Italy, 1950s.

These chairs are beautifully constructed featuring a X-shaped frame, a striking detail that convinces visually. The backrest is carved in a subtle manner and finished with a cognac leatherette. The conical tapered legs enhance the clear structure of the unit and are typical of Italian design from the 1950s.

Kindly note that the wood contains some fissures around the wooden connections. Restoration is possible before shipping by our experienced craftspeople in our own in-house restoration atelier. With high attention for the original, they make sure every piece retains its value and is ready for the many years to come. We kindly ask you to contact our design experts for further information about the endless possibilities our restoration and upholstery atelier has to offer. Of course, a locally organized restoration is possible as well.
