Set of ten armchairs, stained beech, leatherette, Italy, 1970s.
Simplistic yet elegant Italian set of ten dining chairs. Straight geometric lines are prominent in the execution, for example to be seen in its dark stained wooden frame. An elegant feature are the rounded edges and the high gloss finishing of the frame. The backrest is complemented with a rounded support for extra comfort. White leatherette is used for the seating and forms a pronounced contrast with the dark tone of the stained wooden frame.
Please note that we advise reupholstery for this set. The current foam has different thickness and there are two types of leatherette used to upholster them. Reupholstery can be done before shipping by our experienced craftspeople in our in-house restoration atelier. Of course, a locally organized reupholstery is possible as well.
