French Set of Six Dining Chairs in Ash and Straw
Open here
Set of six dining chairs, ash, straw, France, 1960s
These French dining chairs combine slender ash frames with woven straw seats and backrests. The gently curved backs feature a dense weave, while the seats display a geometric pattern converging at the centre. Rounded uprights extend into straight legs, connected by thin stretchers that give the construction a light, open appearance. The warm tones of the wood and straw complement one another beautifully, lending this set a quiet, rustic character.
