Colorful Triptych Rug in Wool by Tekima

This vibrant triptych is manufactured by the craftsman of the Tekima carpet art studio in Hamburg. The sinuous pattern is executed in all the colors of the rainbow, green, blue, yellow, orange, red and purple in the finest wool. The practice of weaving may already excist for more than twenty thousand years, carpet design has undergone a complete renaissance the past century, and during the 1970s in particular. Nowadays, it is again tremendously popular and deservedly considered a form of art. This frivolous piece is a great example of tapestry design during the heydays of the 1970s and will function perfectly as the eye-catcher in the room. Especially the combination of three rugs and its bright arrangement of colors is a true piece of art which deserve a prominent display.
