Sale price£2,954.37

Ueli Berger for De Sede, lounge chair, wood and leather, Switzerland, 1970s

High back lounge chair designed by Ueli Berger and manufactured by Swiss quality manufacturer De Sede. The X-shaped frame consists of dark lacquered wood. This makes an interesting contrast to the warm patinated cognac leather. The cushion is upholstered in cognac leather and shows a rhythmic pattern of lines. Highly comfortable chair that radiates pure quality and beautiful patinated leather.

De Sede once started as a saddler's workshop in Klingnau, Switzerland. Slowly, the company widened their Scope and committed themselves to transforming the best possible leather into seating furniture. In 1965 the family-run business grew into a professional company and their name was De Sede AG. De Sede products are detail-obsessed with the main focus on the people who own them. Therefore, all the De Sede items are made out of the best materials which results in durability and comfort.

Please note that this item is in good, used condition. The leather shows patina and discoloration on some parts.
