Sale price£1,229.31

Mario Bellini for Cassina, 'Pianura' coffee table, walnut, rubber, Italy, 1971

Designed by Mario Bellini for Cassina in 1971, the ‘Pianura’ coffee table is defined by its low and broad silhouette. The meticulously constructed wooden framework is crafted from rectangular-shaped sawn slats that highlight the natural grain and unique variations in the wood. The four rounded rubber feet sit close to the floor and give the piece a grounded character.
