This substantial French sideboard from the 1940s is distinguished by its robust construction and handcrafted appeal. The imposing façade is articulated by three deeply framed cabinet doors, each featuring a recessed panel carved with a geometric arrangement of pyramid-shaped reliefs.

Crowning the cabinet is a thick slab of Belgian blue limestone, a dark stone with fossil markings. Its considerable weight further accentuates the sideboard's solid and grounded appearance, while offering a highly practical and resilient surface.
