Nice early example of Industrial Design from the Belgium modernist stream, designed by Willy Van Der Meeren. Originally designed for use in school buildings and nowadays used for every kind of application, highly versatile. The large cabinet has a mahogany veneer on the outside and a metal frame. The colored metal sliding doors have a beautiful and well designed large wooden handle.

This cabinet can be custom-made. The colored sliding doors can be coated in every color desirable. Please note a custom-made and completely restored cabinet has a lead-time of 6 to 8 weeks. All to meet our high quality standards.

Willy Van Der Meeren (1923-2002) was a Belgian architect and furniture designer. A true modernist with a high social commitment. His designs are characterized by a modern approach and simplicity in forms and materials.
