Sale price$1,400.00

Vittorio Nobili for Tagliabue, dining chair 'Medea', teak and mahogany, Italy, 1955.

This 'Medea' chair is designed by the Italian designer Vittorio Nobili. The plywood chair is veneered in carefully chosen mahogany, which gives it a warm appearance. The mahogany shows an admirable grain which give the chair even more character. The shell of the seat is bent and shows a whole at the bottom of the chairs which give them a certain lightness and creates a lively yet simplistic character. The wooden seat is in good used condition and show signs of age and use, with some scratches in the lacquer.
