Brutalist credenza, in wood, aluminum and marble, European, 1970s.

Modern and clean two-door sideboard with marble top. Two-door panels, each with an exceptional three-dimensional pattern. The continuous pattern gives this bar-cabinet a very strong expression. The aluminum base makes a nice addition to the white lacquered cabinet. The marble top gives this modern piece a more luxurious design. The white marble with black vains makes a beautiful addition to the white and silver. The sideboard is equipped with drawers.

Brutalism is an architectural style started from the mid-20th century, aiming for raw, geometric and compromise-less buildings. Characterized by blatant concrete-skeletons with geometric patterns and Puritan materials. In decorative arts brutalism is highly represented in furniture design.
