Set of Four Lounge Chairs in Original Black Leather by Percival Lafer
Percival Lafer, set of four lounge chairs, leather and Brazilian hardwood, Brazil, late 1960s.
Bulky and grand lounge chairs by Brazilian designer Percival Lafer. This set features a solid dark wooden base with brown leather straps spanned between the slats. The tufted black leather seating is placed on top of the leather straps and the wooden frame, and connected to the frame by wooden joints. The armrests are casually mounted to the wooden frame. Sturdy lines, strong use of local woods and a combination of impeccable woodworking mark Percival Lafer's furniture.
