These chairs are executed in oak which has gained a rich patina over time and a seat of straw. The chairs have a very solid and geometrical backrest. The chairs are both functional and clear in their design, as is common for Belgian design from that era. The frame embodies a construction of sharp horizontal and vertical lines. The chair conceals an evolved rustic character with great quality of elegance.
