Sergio Mazza & Giuliana Gramigna Set of Six 'Viscontea' Dining Chairs
Sergio Mazza & Giuliana Gramigna for Full, set of six dining chairs model 'Viscontea', leatherette, plastic, Italy, 1971.
This rare set of armchairs by the Italian designer duo Sergio Mazza and Giuliana Gramigna truly resembles the ethos of the seventies – a bright and bold era. They designed the frame in a geometrically manner and finished with round corners, resulting in a design which feels less rigid and tight. The outer frames both function as legs and armrests which contribute to the chair's simple and unified design.
Please note that we advise reupholstery before use. These items contain some threadbare upholstery with loose seams and rips in the leather. Reupholstery can be done before shipping by our experienced craftsmen and -women in our own in-house restoration atelier. With high attention for the original, they make sure every piece contains its value and is ready for the many years to come. We kindly ask you to contact our design experts for further information about the endless possibilities our restoration and upholstery atelier has to offer. Of course, a locally organized reupholstery is possible as well.
