Scandinavian Freeform Table with Leather Inlay

This nearly 7 metre/23 ft. long conference table is an exquisite piece from the Scandinavian Modern period. Probably custom made, the table features an unusual, yet interesting shaped tabletop. One of the long sides is curved, while the other side is straight. Besides its freeform, the tabletop is also worth mentioning for its use of materials. The middle of the tabletop is inlayed with walnut and towards the edges you'll find a leather inlay. The dark green leather is highly patinated with signs wear and use all-over.
The tabletop is disassemble into 5 pieces, and is lifted by 12 cylindrical, tapered legs. A beautiful, rare piece of furniture that can be used for conferences, or dining with the whole family.
