Roger Tallon for Erco, Table lamps 'Spot', iron, metal, ABS plastic, France, 1972.

These table lamps are iconic lamps by the French designer Roger Tallon. The black and white lamps feature bright red details and can be attached to a table top. The name of these industrial lamps is fitting as they resemble professional (much larger) spotlights.

Roger Tallon (9 March 1929 – 20 October 2011) was a French Industrial designer. Tallon was trained as an engineer. He designed hundreds of products, including industrial robots for Peugeot, refrigerators, tableware, lamps and furniture. Ercol is founded in 1934 by Arnold Reininghaus (1907-2003), Paul Buschhaus and Karl Reeber in Lüdenscheid, Westfalen, Germany.
