Pierre Dariel Pair of 'Hendaye' Armchairs in Striped Upholstery

Sale price$6,700.00

Pierre Dariel, pair of Hendaye armchairs, beech, fabric, France, 1930s

Pair of armchairs designed by Pierre Dariel in the 1930s. The structure is composed entirely out of beech, while the seat and backrest are upholstered. Unique to these chairs is the system created to fold in the seat and backrest up- or downwards. Due to the very structured frame and armrests, the chairs have a lot of character.
