Ib Kofod-Larsen for Christensen and Larsen, pair of easy chairs, model 423, teak and woolen upholstery, Denmark, 1954 Pair of rare model 423 armchairs, designed by Ib Kofod-Larsen for Christensen and Larsen in 1954. The comfortable set is executed with rounded teak armrests and tapered teak legs. The two-tone cream and green upholstery is striking in contrast. The rounded backrest makes for a perfectly comfortable seating.  The chairs are in good condition. The upholstery shows some signs of age and use and can be reupholstered if desired. The experienced craftsman of our in-house atelier are specialist on re-upholstery of design furniture. With high attention for the original, they make sure every piece retains its value and is ready for the many years to come.
