The seat and tall backrest are upholstered in strikingly patinated leather, secured in place by brass nails, while leather straps serve as armrests, fastened to the front high legs. Drawing inspiration from classical Spanish folk chairs, the design seamlessly integrates elements of Scandinavian Modern style for a harmonious and sophisticated blend.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eDanish architect and furniture designer Mogens Voltelen (1908-1995) graduated from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts. He worked together with Vilhelm Lauritzen and Poul Henningsen.
