Eccentric chairs executed in red lacquered plywood. The remarkable high back give these chairs a stately appearance. Its simplistic frame contains two wrought plywood panels, attached to each by four round chrome bolts underneath the seating. The application of plywood enabled the rounded shape of the frame. Two chrome feet stabelize the chair's base. A birdlike impression is created with the combination of the rounded seat and the chrome feet, and therefore a suitable name is given; the Pelicane.
