Sven Ivar Dysthe for Dokke Møbler, combined set of 24 dining chairs, black leather, steel, rosewood, Norway, circa 1959.

These well-crafted office chairs are designed by Sven Ivar Dysthe. The base of these office chairs is made of rosewood with stainless steel and black leather on the seat themselves. The seats are finished with a 'channelled' technique which gives these chairs a very comfortable and modern appearance. The combination of the rosewood, the black leather and the steel is a Classic, timeless combination. The aesthetic however is very typical Norwegian, with robust, sturdy lines and grand measurements.

The chairs differ in different conditions. Restoration and re-upholstery are advised, which can be done in our in-house atelier. Our experienced craftsmen are experts in restoration design furniture and retains its value and authenticity.
