Gino Sarfatti for Arteluce, table or floor lamps, model '586', aluminum, wire, Italy, 1962.

Pair of round aluminum lamps designed by Italian designer Gino Sarfatti for Arteluce. To stabilize, the round sphere is placed on a flat aluminum base and can be used as a floor or table lamp. Executed in polished aluminum, this pair of lamps radiates the characteristics of the Space Age period. The spheres, and therefore the partition, can be adjusted to one's taste. An eccentric pair of lamps that will look great in a modern environment.
