Gigi Sabadin for Stilwood Set of Six Dining Chairs in Plywood
Gigi Sabadin for Stilwood, set of six chairs, plywood, Italy, 1970s.
An inventive design by the Italian Gigi Sabadin, these chairs are made of bent plywood with a veneered finish. The organic design seems to be made of one piece, which is cut and bent. On three legs forms the floating shape its way up and creates a seating and backrest. The backrest features an open space adding extra lightness to the appearance of this chair. The chairs are also easy to store since they are stackable.
Please note that these chairs are in good, used condition and show signs of wear and use common for their age. One chair shows signs of wear and use, and the set shows some discoloration.
