Eight blue lacquered Revolt chairs by Friso Kramer. The frame is made of profiled sheet metal, coated in light grey. The seat and back are from laminated wood.
These chairs have a beautiful weathered condition and a sturdy industrial look.
The Revolt chair is one of Kramers most inventive and revolutionaire designs. Exceptional by its modern progressive design and the new construction methods of the sheet metal. Revolt was exposed at the 1954 Triennial in Milan and awarded with the signe d'Or.
