Byron Botker for Landes Sofa with Tubular Frame and Beige Upholstery
Byron Botker for Landes, sofa, beige fabric, chrome-plated steel, United States, 1970s
A comfortable sofa that features a curved, chromed tubular frame. The frame appears to be an ongoing curved line, moving upwards to support the cushions and downwards, functioning as legs. The seat is shaped by the thick cushions, which are rounded at the top and assure great comfort.
Please note that the fabric shows visible signs of wear and use, such as discoloration. Reupholstery is possible before shipping by our experienced craftsman and -women in our own in-house restoration atelier. With high attention for the original, they make sure every piece retains its value and is ready for the many years to come. We kindly ask you to contact our design experts for further information about the endless possibilities our restoration and upholstery atelier has to offer. Of course, a locally organized reupholstery is possible as well.
