French Highboard in Solid Oak

Wardrobe, oak, France, 1960s

This elegant armoire has a considerable size which provides great storage space. The door panels are composed of carved vertical lines, adding a rhythmic and haptic surface to the front. The corpus is supported by tapered legs, which are interconnected via a horizontal beam. This high-quality wardrobe serves both visual and practical needs. This piece was made in the same period of time as the pieces of Guillerme & Chambron or Pierre Chapo, which have similar characteristics. This particular sideboard is a great example of a more rustic but modern piece of design made in the 1960s design in France.

Please note that this piece is in good, used condition.
