This unique design features cow horn-shaped armrests, thick cushions and carved, closed sides. The two legs in the front of the chair are slightly turned to the side creating a dynamic frame, while the back legs which are part of the backrest, are kept straight. The voluptuous upholstery creates a very comfortable seating area. The chairs seem robust and potent yet are in fact relatively small compared to their strong appearance.
Please note that the chair has its original dark green upholstery which shows strong signs of age such as cracks and patina. The inner work needs replacing. Please note that we advise reupholstery before use. This can be done before shipping by our experienced craftsman in our own in-house restoration atelier. With high attention for the original, they make sure every piece retains its value and is ready for the many years to come.
