These lounge chairs by Edward Wormley feature are a combination of a traditional designed seat with a wooden base that holds more playful aesthetics. The chairs can swivel around. Round pillows with buttons join the angular seat shell. A structured fabric in orange color contrasts beautifully with the dark base.

Edward Wormley (1907-1995) was an American designer. After not finishing his degree due to lack of funds Wormley started to work as an interior designer. In the 1940s, Wormley was hired to work with Dunbar. Their collaboration was a success story as Dunbar incorporated several techniques and aesthetics from European design. It was Wormley's aim to create a high-quality line that was also available for the masses.
