A daybed by Edward Wormley for Dunbar in mahogany. The sculpted frame shows beautiful lines and curves and functions as a shell that supports the cushions. These are upholstered in a beige fabric. The chaise longue is support by elegant high legs in brass, which are tapered. An elegant Midcentury piece of furniture with classical references, typical for Wormley.
Shows signs of age and wear. Frame shows discolorations due to sunlight. One of the pillows has a tear in the fabric, other pillow shows discolorations. Therefore, reupholstery is advised
