Carlo di Carli for Cinova, lounge chair with ottoman, no. 915, metal and green upholstery, Italy, 1969. Elegant, tubular armchair with ottoman designed by Carlo di Carli in 1969 and manufactured by Cinova Italy. The model features a curved, nickled plated frame that holds the tufted, fabric cushions. The piece has beautiful rounded lines, such as rounded legs and the curved armrests. The soft green fabric matches beautifully with the nickeled frame. Carlo de Carli was born in 1910 in Milan and became an important architect and designer in the 1940s and 1950s working with Gio Ponti.
