Elegant, tubular lounge chairs designed by Carlo de Carli (1910-1999) in 1969 and manufactured by Cinova. The model features a curved, plated frame executed in nickel that holds the tufted, fabric cushions. The piece has beautiful rounded lines that are visible in the legs and the curved armrests. The soft beige corduroy matches beautifully with the nickeled frame.
Carlo De Carli was born in 1910 in Milan and became an important architect and designer in the 1940s and 1950s working with Gio Ponti (1891-1979). He became a keen exponent of Italian furniture bringing it to the international market.
