Cabinet in Leather and Italian Walnut
Cabinet, leather, walnut, Italy, 1950s.
This well-executed and detailed cabinet is made out of walnut and cognac leather. It features four doors, three shelves and fives drawers on each side of the cabinet. In the middle between the two units of drawers is an open gap with a shelve. This cabinet is especially interesting in its detailing. The drawers and handles are executed in soft cognac leather which matches with the painted Italian walnut. The leather details truly make the design of this cabinet which is geometric and symmetrical.
