This well-designed cupboard features a modern and clean aesthetics based on two-door panels, each with an exceptional three-dimensional pattern. The continuous pattern gives this cabinet a very strong expression and is the signature for this item; a design that is established during the seventies when Brutalism was at his highest level specifically in Belgium. This movement is an architectural style started from the mid-20th century, aiming for raw, geometric and compromise-less buildings. Characterized by blatant concrete-skeletons with geometric patterns and Puritan materials. In decorative arts brutalism is highly represented in furniture design.
Please note that this item is in used condition. It shows some signs of use and wear around the sides and top of the cabinet. The wiring for the lighting inside the cabinet needs to be renewed. Restoration can be done before shipping by our experienced craftsmen and -women in our own in-house restoration atelier.
