Hand painted room divider with floral motifs and Japanese characters. A nature scene with bamboo plants and a sun or moon fills the six panels. The two outer parts on the left show a text. On the silver shining background the black paint gets more vivid and the look of the screen more luxurious. A frame in dark blue paper and wood surrounds the painting. The back shows a bright patterned paper.
Please note that a rich patina is visible on both sides. The signs of age add to the unique value of the item.
