Michele Achilli, Daniele Brigidini, Guido Canella for Poltranova, pair of lounge chairs 'Quadrifoglio', wood, fabric upholstery, Italy, 1962.

Architect trio Michele Achilli, Daniele Brigidini, Guido Canella designed this 'Quadrofoglio' lounge chair for Poltranova in 1962. Remarable are the outwards curving armrests in combination with the rounded backrests with tufted details. But also the wooden legs catch the eye. Two paired connected slats lift up the chair at four points. Overall a well-balanced, dynamic design with great seating comfort. Please note that we advise reupholstery before shipping.
