Made by Bünte & Remmler, this desk lamp features a red, circular iron base, upon which a black iron stem is mounted, adjustable in angle. The cone-shaped shade in off-white is affixed to the side of the stem and also offers adjustability. The combination of these three distinct colors and forms results in a distinctive design that embodies the clean and functional aesthetic characteristic of mid-century design from the 1950s.
