French Armchair in Oak and Blue Velvet

Sale price$2,450.00

Armchair, oak, velvet, France, 1950s.

The french designer used a constructivist approach in designing this particular chair. The oak frame is based on sharp horizontal and vertical lines finished off with round edges. The back is composed of slats positioned in a cross shape, which adds a graphic touch to the back. The cushions are upholstered in a delicate velvet material in an ocean blue color. The easy chair is an elegant and well-proportioned piece within a minimalistic construction that allows it to fit seamlessly into any interior.

Kindly note that this piece is in good, used condition. The fabric shows some signs of wear and use. Reupholstery can be done before shipping by our experienced craftsmen and -women in our own in-house restoration atelier. With high attention for the original, they make sure every piece contains its value and is ready for the many years to come. We kindly ask you to contact our design experts for further information about the endless possibilities our restoration and upholstery atelier has to offer. Of course, a locally organized reupholstery is possible as well.
